Why would they be tweaked if you want to use it on single target as Subtlety?

seems to me it would add flavor to a spec that benefits more from bleeds than the others.

i'd enjoy throwing a CT into the rotation, perhaps an alternating evisc then CT type of rotation?

wish i could test this on beta
