The Glyph of Seal of Truth applies to both Seal of Truth and Seal of Righteousness, so you will get the expertise bonus no matter which seal you are using. (I'd suggest that both this post and this reply be removed in a couple of days. Give people a chance to read it, then discard it, as it should be common knowledge.)
