You're asking two things here. First, whether a protection warrior should choose a different spec for different situations. This might be an interesting question, but it's probably more suitable for the "simple questions" thread.

Second, you want someone to look over your character and give you personalized advice. This isn't a help desk, and we don't do that here. Instead we discuss theory and provide resources for you to make informed decisions for yourself. Hey guys, my first post here and didn't want to make new thread for my question(s).
The thing is, is there a difference between warrior spec in 10m and 25m? I'm back after few months of break and planing to raid again (10m). At the moment i'm running with common (8/0/33) spec with
- 175 871 hp
- 1,37% hit
- 4 exp
- 13,19% dodge
- 18,54% parry
- 55,34% block (23,56 mastery)

Also if you could check my wow profile and give me any advice about my gear/enchants/gems, that would be really appreciated.
