More to the point, you should thank people with a PM instead of a public post. That reduces clutter and makes it easier for people who come here for information to find what they're looking for.
And Blizzard developers don't post on community sites like ours, so asking us about their future plans for something like runeforging will get you 2 possible results. Either someone will give you a guess, or someone will cite a Blizzard blue post they read on a news site like mmo-champion or wowhead. Both these things (guessing, or reading news) you could do just as well yourself. Good luck!
