You're on a site called "Elitist Jerks" and you're surprised that we're jerks. What an inspired, clever retort. We'll surely make space on our quote board for that Twainian gem.
Maybe I told you to read the first post because it included our forum rules - http://elitistjerks.com/f73/a65-foru...dated_7_14_10/ - you broke several of them despite agreeing to them when you signed up. If we had a site where everyone too stupid and/or lazy to run a sim could just drool up the site, it would become exactly what you said - a useless mess.
I didn't refer you to the first post because the answer to your specific question was there. You missed the point of the first post and of the forum rules, which is that if you can easily get the information without wasting space with your post, you do that. Here's the part upon which you whiffed:
Search and read before posting--do not post a question unless you are fairly confident that the answer isn't widely known or easily attainable.
Of course, if you really did believe that EJ hadn't been a "source of competent information for the last 3 years", and yet you still came here to ask for help, that makes you a very special kind of dumb.
We don't delete accounts. Sorry. In fact, I'm not even quite perma-banning you. That way, if you do come back and decide to bestow some of your wisdom and majestic presence upon us while following the forum rules, we can march forward together in reconciliation and in wondrous harmony.
Re: You have received an infraction at Elitist Jerks
The first post never included this simple answer. Wow, you really are jerks. Only proves why this site fails to be the source of competent information for the last 3 years.
delete the account please, you don't deserve having me

Sim it, google it, anything but this. The answer is readily available. In a thread whose title includes "read the first post", you clearly haven't.
This infraction is worth 1 point(s) and may result in restricted access until it expires. Serious infractions will never expire.
