The simcraft thread links to the main site, http://simulationcraft.org/, which has the most up-to-date stat weights. Of course, you should be simulating your own character.

I'm a little confused on the MoP stat weights for Aff locks. I've looked into it and it SEEMS to be Int/sp-haste-hit-mastery-crit (not sure why hit was so low on the list) but another blog site stated 'mastery' was now top.
As some of the spells still seem to scale with haste I'm left scratching my head over these contradictions
