The information is in the threads. If you had gone through the threads like you stated you would have seen it (I know off the top of my head there is a racials section in the MM one), as well the MoP all specs thread has covered this. Lastly, this is simple to sim or model in SimC or FD.

I've gone through the FAQ and the 3 new threads for 5.0.4/MoP and haven't found a comparison of the new Undead racial for current 85 version Touch of The Grave and the level 90 version Touch of the Grave compared to existing racials.
I was curious how it stacks up to the Orc and Troll racials factoring in the Orc nerf.
