Before you get all excited at the warning title, it was just the closest appropriate one. I am not saying your point isn't worth making. I will say however that the reporter hit it on the head with "this is making a lot of unsupported but strong "common wisdom" assertions that we have simmed to determined don't hold in most cases. In MoP, for example, RF is a win during BW because the extra focus is worth more than the use of RF outside BW." We always appreciate testing, and sharing of results but we do want to make sure we're doing it all accurately.

Checked to not overlap Rapid Fire and Bestial Wrath. (You NEVER wanna do this)
