As of 5.0.4 I have been blowing away the charts as an 85 with 60k steady dps. Now that 5.0.5 has hit I have 464 ilvl, followed this guide to a "t" and cant get over 35k so im obviously missing something. Im hoping by posting to get some help on getting back up to the dmg i was doing.
