Following that more and more abilities are being fixed in regards to Thrill of the Hunt, will it be a worthwhile choice?

It saves you the global every thirtieth second, andI'd say easens up the tight-ish rotation for all specs a little bit, and with these fixes it could actually win out in the end? I haven't done much testing myself on it, but I do know that in its pre-fixed state it was almost as good as Dire Beast, and perhaps better on some movement heavy fights (Which Pandaria contains a lot of).

For those who haven't read about the fixes yet, here they are:

Kill Command, Glaive Toss, and Powershot will now properly activate Thrill of the Hunt.
Scatter Shot will now properly break when damage is dealt by any source.

I am thinking that it will be more of a buff for BM, since we use that Kill Command a lot, but the fix for Glaive Toss is also much welcomed for all the other specs.
