So if i understand what you wrote in your Guide for Shaman, they way is to try to not reforge full mastery, the best way should be to have some haste....?
I saw that Mastery = Haste and haste=mastery but there is something i can't understand that do i need to have around 10% haste ( or lesss ) ? and try to get trinket with Proc Haste as Pyrdon got at this moment ?

For exemple many before to pull i cast AScendance, Spirit wolf, EE, Racial Orc ... dont think i use this spell as good as possible ...
