As to your haste vs mastery dilemma, you've done a lot of research and have figured out all the facts; now you have to decide. As you say, it's not going to be a big loss if you do it wrong, so don't worry too much.

Thanks a lot Jessamy.
With mastery reforge I got 71085 dps
If I simulate with haste reforge i got 71557 dps
Both haste or mastery reforge seems ok (less than 500dps between them).
Do you think this small dps increase worth it compared to the loss of aoe/cleave damage (avg HB is 52K with mastery reforge, 49K with haste reforge) ?
