to be honest i'm not sure why there debates on stat priority's for ele since they only thing that have changed for us with mop is that we dont have our totem bars an we now have a few more ability's in our spell books. so i dont know why we're debating stat priority's since our ability's still benefit in the same ways as they did in cata we just need more of them as would any toon thats lvl has increased.
hit/spirit(to cap 15%)>intl>haste(to flame shock tick cap or reduced gcd)>mastery>crit
if i remember right dot cliping was removed an refreshing your dots only refresh's the duration an doesn't reset the time between the ticks. i may be mistaken on this so dont quote me on it.
