Is it not necessary to reach expertise cap as Assassination? Just wondering due to reforge results from Shadowcraft not trying to hit expertise cap after recently running my character through it (choosing more mastery instead of expertise).
I understand mastery is worth more dps than dps lost from not capping expertise, but it's hard to get my brain around the idea after trying to hit cap since MoP released.
