This isn't going to be a very mathy response so take what I say with a grain of salt, i.e. your mileage may vary. Getting Elegion gave me roughly a 5-10k DPS increase almost across the board. Part of that may because I was getting kind of demoralized with having barely gone up in damage while everyone else got their weapons so I started getting sloppy but it's a very noticeable increase even ignoring that. Not sure how much help this is but if you're willing to sim it you could get a much more accurate, at least technically speaking, picture of how it'll effect you.
