Rule 7: Both these questions can be answered with the sim. You can find out if and when the stat weights for haste (or other stats) change, by simulating with "plots" enabled instead of "scaling." And you can find out if your dps goes up when you move KM-OB above SR in the priority by editing the priority code after you import your character. You can see that other people in this thread (on this page) have been playing with changing the priority around to improve simulated dps. If your suggestion is an improvement on one of their ideas, post it with your results and join the conversation already started.

Hey have some questions about 2H, a "soft" haste cap does that exist these days? cuz im currently sitting on 7k atm and thinking at some point the values should change and start making crit / mastery looking better for us.
And also i have a question about Soul Reaper, as OP says its highest in prio atm, but im thinking due to our low critchance ( atleast me 7.69 ) is it worth taking a KM procced OB over a SR , du to the fact that the uncritted dmg of a SR aint to much higher then a noncrit OB?
