Hello , ive done some tests , ive allrdy a nice amount of haste , and 490 ilvl , normal starsha..

ive gotten this , if i keep mastery=crit

Wdps > Str > Haste = Mastery = Crit

Wondering , is that normal ? is it bugging ? ive allrdy like 22.70% haste thought ?
