Also, your answer contradicts the answer in the guide. If you are going to propose a new theory, the burden of proof is on you to show that you're right and the established position is wrong.

Pretty much yes, normal single target rotation where CL is subbed for LB; also make sure to keep FS rolling on both targets (assuming one isn't about to die).
