I get it about stopping damage output and that there are different ways to do so.
But take for example my gear.
SV reforged I have roughly the same haste as I do now. This leaves my Cobras at ca. 1.7s casttime.
Is this .7s time of finishing the cast still a dps increase over the course of a fight?
On longer fights I could imagine being one ES short for not canceling for ES.
