It's a little hidden, but this is answered in the FAQ section of the guide at the beginning of the thread. You'll gain scent of blood stacks less quickly, which will affect your survival. And you'll do a lot less dps.

Also, there is no character with that name on that realm. Did you transfer servers recently? In any case, please update your profile to point to your main character, we don't allow anonymous posting.

I have read mostly through this thread but is Dual Weilding for a blood tank useless? I have been trying both but cant really tell a difference. tips thoughts suggestions?
