I just tested myself again and it's not the Combat calculation which makes it slow.

It's the trinket ep calculation which makes it slow. I already implemented a fix so there will be no ep values calculated for the new 5.2 Trinkets because we can't upgrade them.

It's now a bit faster but the server is under heavy load and not the fastest.
