Seriously, you should re-roll back to a level 1 shaman and start again, then, when you get back to 70, re-roll again, because seriously, the fact you have to ask about this makes me wonder.

Am I the only one to continue to heal with 3 piece of Ten Storm ?
When the situation is ideal I always use my waist/belt/boots of T2 to get the Bonus set of 30% more heal on each jump of chain heal.
For sure if have to heal a tank I don't use them and I get like +100 healing from my 3 others piece. But this Set bonus give me more than +1000 heal overall per cast. It's awesome to keep a group of melee alive.
IMO it's probably the most powerfull set bonus in this game (healer).
