Yeah i was, but apparently I'm bad for asking it, AND not using Captialization!
Its just that I've heard that you get up to 7-10 stacks anyway with resist gear, and that would mean you'd be hitting hit for like 15k+ per arcane missile. Also, the first person per phase 1 to get WotA would have the debuff anyway.
