I play on a gigantic monitor (27" widescreen zomg) so I have room to cram all sorts of goodies on my screen. I really don't have any issues with my UI, nothing I feel like changing, although I do tend to move the spell bars and chatboxes around at the bottom, mostly rearranging them in different orders.
