What the crap? I've seen some strange posts on these forums, but I believe this is the strangest. Are you aware of the comma and how it works?

Well actually. No. The difference is so little. That if you had 1,400 AP. The difference in DPS from Stromstrike will be extremely small.
I apologize for the dirty math ahead of time.
Rising Tide has an average damage of 260
Syphon has an average damage of 280
1,400 AP is an additional 100 DPS to your weapons.
With the AP Rising Tide has an average damage of 520
and the Syphon at 560
With Rising Tide in the MH and Syphon in the OH you'll get an average Stormstrike hit of 800. Which is 80 DPS from the SS CD.
With Syphon in the MH the it'll be 82 DPS.
So a 2 DPS difference.
As you can see from Nemaa's test. That extra DPS lead from Stormstrike still wouldn't catch the difference in DPS from Auto-Attack and Windfury.
And, The amount of AP required just to balance out the Auto-Attack and Windfury difference is so great. I doubt it'll fit in your character paper doll sheet in-game.
