Skinkelinken, Vontre added a section to his latest spreadsheet for trinkets that are hard to figure in (like the sextent, and Quag's eye.) Using that the eye comes out by a long shot, even if you miss all the proc's on it the 37 dmg should only fall short by a few dps.

In short, look into Vontre's spreadsheet. It's extremely easy to use, even for the non-theory crafting types.
