I don't have the time or energy to pinpoint why this post stinks in terms of grammar. But trust me, it sucks.

Wondering how much SR I should run with, if any. As an OT I've been going with ~200 buffed as SL can't crit so all that's really needed is high armor and HP. Perhaps I should stack a bit more SR?

I can help answer this question with my experience!

Ive been MTing Sharraz for a few months now, i just try to max armor / stam with about 205 SR (just neck/cloak/wrist), i pop both trinkets if FA ports on me. u can move away a bit also if u are confident of no lash.

i initially did it in t5/t6 combo fully gemmed with +12 stamina, with full t6 and 15 stam gems its obv. easier, as a tauren will be even better. threat has never really been a major issue on any boss fight, if it is u can change 1-2 slots to dps pieces, i use some resilence to keep me above 2.6%.

Also from my experience druids can MT fine with 90% of the bosses in hyjal and BT with little problems (i think i have done all except souls/illidan/gorefiend). I agree generally with the strats that Dukes has listed. For souls, Bear form in full dps gear with pocket watch. then phase 2 OT in case of shocks. supremus = MT or OT its pretty much the same. bloodboil MT np, stand to his side while the bleed stacks drop, all of hyjal Main Tanking a druid can handle fine, Council i do Rogue or Priest (rogue is more fun), illiidan i tank the first flame to be DPSed.

discovering BT as a feral tank was lots of fun and i recommend it to all druids. tell your guild to make you tank sharraz (and archimonde if u are alliance!)

of course with everyone knowing the fights and now alot better geared everyone can switch roles/tanks/use alts but when first learning the fights in lesser gear we found a druid was best for archimonde and sharraz.
