guild/raid leaders seem to think that they are managers and this is a job. not everyone wants to be in those guilds that are just so bleeding edge anyway. Unlike the hints of the first post)
If your seeing cutting edge content, but the raid leaders punish, yell, and general qq alot for mistakes, you're making a sacrifice not worth it when the chips have been layed down.
i've ran the gauntlet of raid types (xegony was fun for us enchanters), but it's one thing i've learned over the years, it's not the raid that gets you the uber hax lewtz, thats pure win, its the raid that treats you like a human being with respect.
Dealing out punishment? Sounds like just being a attendant to your raid is punishment enough.
