I *rarely* get to cast FoL in arenas (moreso in 2v2, but even that is very situational), yet our gloves give it 2% crit and our libram only procs on FoL, and not Holy Light. I'm really hoping they revise the healing libram for 2.3, but I'm thinking it's rather unlikely.

Apparently its too much to expect Blizzard to know how to play a perspective class in an arena setting beyond the 1600 bracket.
Good news, however, most of the dispel effects (cleanse, remove curse, etc) have been upped to 40 yards - same range as max range heal.
