in the spreadsheet shot rotation:
steady casttime with quiver is 1,3s but the next shot starts after 1,5s because of gcd = 1,5s
wowwiki states:
Global Cooldown is refreshed when the spell ends, for spells with a casting time less than 1.5 seconds, and greater than 0.5 seconds.
shouldn't the next shot start at 1,3s instead of 1,5s ?
