Are people calling and healing through doomfires effectively? How is the raid positioned? If you have a number of people who are failing inconsistently, you might try the camps strategy. We settled on another strategy, because you run the risk of losing too many groups all at once, but I think it will provide more consistency than you're currently seeing. If you are using the groups strategy, there was some talk in this thread about it recently, but the key is making sure that the group does everything together. Put a mark on a leader, preferably a decurser or a healer, and make sure that they move closely together.

For the most part, we can survive a single soul charge. We will call out when someone is low and when they die so the raid can be topped off and the healers can prepare. We have both wiped to and survived through a single soulcharge, once we even lived through two! That's just luck I suppose.
We are grouped up by our parties, forming a square around Archimonde, also known as the camp strategy I guess. There is a capitan for each group who is marked with a raid symbol and is responsible for notifying over vent what is happening with that group. This allows the healers who are still in the fight to realize, group 1 is running from doomfire, group 2 is flying in the air from air burst, group 3 is feared, group 4 better start using their big heals. We also announce when that group returns within range of Archimonde/the MT.
