All the fuss about GCD, I call bullshit.
I have 120-150ms I can easily frostnova a target, spam FB until GCD is ready, then while FB is casting spam Ice Lance and it gets off immediatly after the frostbolt is cast. I also was in AB with a much higher Ping and nothing was different.
My guess: Whiners didn't delete their addons/macros, action bar addons messing with the new way of casting spells.
