Ritual of Refreshment - Requires 2 Arcane dust to Summon, requires 2 players to summon (just like warlocks HS), and has 50 charges or lasts 5 minutes. Each charge gives you 20 stacks. When eating this, it regens health and mana at the same time. I don't know what I'm going to do for an hour before the raid now.
