Oh, lol doh. ye your right nm totally forgot that even tho shock dps stays the same the % of it changes as your other damage does. I just worked it out taking off shock/totem dps and it comes out to a 2.2% increase in dps from 300 armor penetration.
So ye the sim is using the correct values for -armor.
