arms mode (largest bar showing my damage ability/intercept cds) :
the 'recently bandaged' debuff bar obviously also shows MS, hamstring, demo etc. on my target.
tank mode (largest bar showing when revenge is lit, shield block is up, shield slam is ready etc.) also showing grid and omen position :
sws also opens just above omen in a similar looking window, and chat as you can see opens bottom left. incoming damage is also displayed via parrot in an arc to the left of my character, with buffs/heals arcing to the right.
