For me the fairly easiest way is still grabbing a Warlock, get infinite breath buff and beat the S**t out of the water elementals in Skettis. I'm -as a matter of fact- an ashole when it comes to grinding a spot ;>
No competition allowed. If it's alliance, kill it, if it's horde, just be faster. (works perfectly with detect elementals).
For us (the WL and me) it became the perfect, steady source of income since we're farming the lake clockwhise with half the lake between us (he's starting north, I'm starting south). 1 hour, 7-12 primal water (worth 20-23G each) + ~30-40G in greys/greens + chance on epic (farming this spot since 6-8 weeks, 2 hours every 2 Days, 3 epics looted).
Maybe coincidence, maybe not ;>
