Wait... no it's not. I just re-read your post, and you're looking for something that can tell you how many enemies are targetting a friendly player, right? If that's the case, I don't know any addon that provides this information, and would think it unlikely that there is one. The only way I can think for a mod to be able to (attempt to) show this value would be to constantly scan all hostile units within range to check their current target and compile a list from that. The thing is, I'm not sure how you would get that list in the first place.

OK, I've checked, and there is no way for a mod to automatically make a list of hostile units in range.

You were asking specifically for Arena though, so I think it would be technically possible to achieve what you wanted if the user were to do something like, target each player they're fighting to add them to the list of opposing team members; and from that cycle through and update a list of targetted people on your team. But, it's a bit convoluted, very specific to Arena, and I seriously doubt anyone's done it. (Love to hear about it if they have, or if there's some other way, though!)
