Obviously it's designed more specifically for dps classes, but it could quite easily be adapted for any class/role I think. On my healer alt for example, I simply have 3 extra rows of action buttons where the pitbull raid frames are, and have grid positioned some what centrally near the bottom of the screen. It was supposed to initially be a temporary solution when I made this UI but I've become quite accustomed to it.
