How many word abbreviations can we fit into a 4 line post?

hi, our guild down finally Vashj yesterday (4 night attempts) and now we start Kael - two q - if someone can explain:
1) can rogue (fury warrior) use 2 weapon from phase 2 - sword mh and dagger oh ??
2) we typically do 25 ppl instances with 7 healers - how many healers in phase 3 should heal tanks?? how many in phase 4 and 5 on mt?
