Hey Gang!

I'll be completely transparent here, so if this is taken as spam or inappropriate, I'll understand and feel free to delete the post.

After reading this thread, one of the things that occurred to me was how useful it would be to build relationships with suppliers or vendors. Repeat business, steady business, business that doesn't fluctuate based on the day of the week...that would be handy.

So I created a website called WarcraftTrade.com • Index page

It's basically a free, forum-style site, with a forum for each server, and you can use it to post 'WTS' or 'WTB' type messages.

Hopefully you can use it to connect with other folks on your server and establish the relationships that are mutually profitable. For example, alchemists might want to search their forum for folks who are selling herbs, use the PM system to agree upon a fixed price per stack and arrange a C.O.D. on a regular basis.

I've also added a 'Karma' feature so you can provide feedback on other players on how well they fulfill their deals.

This thread inspired me to create it (that, and a JC buddy of mine who wanted to get more supplies of Adamantite Ore to prospect). It's in its early stages, and I welcome feedback on it, but most of all I hope that the awesome folks here contributing to this thread might find it useful.
