The questionable notes were quoted and pasted by Teza, who to my knowledge is pretty reliable. Its all speculative at this point and gives us hardcore trolls something to grip about. Until 2.4 goes to PTR, who knows?

- Lifebloom coeff reduced by $
- Treants now have a 15% chance to proc entangling roots
- Natural Perfection was nerfed slightly (don't remember numbers)
