No, the OH isn't terrible for Warriors. However, thanks to the WW change warriors do benefit a lot more from having a fat slow offhand as opposed to the other class that can use the glaives, Rogues. Rogues *need* a fast offhand for Combat Potency procs, and don't use any attack that specifically strikes with their offhand weapon in a raid (so the damage range isn't as important). Rogues will benefit a lot more than any warrior from having the set, no matter how you slice it. The only time I ever see our Warriors whipping out fast swords is when the boss hits 20%, as opposed to our Rogues who use them 100% of the fight.

The only situation where you will see any Warrior taking a offhand Glaive is if all the Rogues have it first. To the best of my knowledge, no guild is at that point, so its a very moot discussion.
