Original Post:

New lifetap rank 3: 20% max health for 20% max mana.
Rank 1 and 2 are 5%/5% and 12/12% respectively.
This brings back all the concerns on stamina scaling negatively but I'm hoping we haven't seen the last of lifetap changes.
