Over the weekend I got my shadow dmg to 1024base and 72hit rating.
the +8 to hit gems are hit rating and not spell crit. (except for the meta gem in the head piece)
Ye I know my mana pool means "nothing" however i'm runnin out a lot faster now with less than 9k Base.
I did a heroic shadow labs last night and saw (I think) a pretty decent improvement on my dps, but when we got to murmur i'm going to guess pretty confidently that i'd have run out of mana before the end of the fight. (I didn't find out because the mage wouldn't GTF away when he had murmurs touch)
Draenic wisdom pots help out (alongside of Arc Brilliance) though.
If you want - recheck me out on the armory.
I still can't think why that trinket "eye" makes me get more hit rating to it, when it mentions nothing of the sort.
