Here are some numbers from VR and Solarian for those who want more info about Arcane. This is with the gear listed in my previous post; All of it may be acquired by any mage soloing except that I have Malkazar's blade and T5 shoulders so I still dont have a T5 bonus. With that setup my AB0->AB1->Pyro is obviously the LOWEST dps while dps'ing and the AB3->with fireblast is the highest DPS, you need a mix. I only cast ab0 - ab1 - pyro when I'm low on mana or waiting for a cooldown or a good time to evoke. As for the "Healing" gear I have, it is cloth with intel and spell crit not "Healing" gear, here are some links to our VR and Solarian fight:

I am new to wowwebstats so I hope that worked, In any event that is realtime information of that build and gear in a real raid on 2 bosses in TK. I say with my gear and build I fit in just fine and ANY mage at level 70 can acquire this gear and be a productive member of an SSC/TK raid.
