Forgive me if I sound like a sorry pathetic noob [I kind of am, as far as gear goes], but how exactly does one obtain the new rep gear? I'm aware you need Honored with different factions, but what else is needed? Honor? World PvP items? Just plain gold?
My main will be 70 soon, and I'm just curious as to how I'd go about obtaining them, should I want to.
EDIT: and no, I didn't read the other 100+ pages, so forgive me if someone has answered this already.
