It's a reference to JP Sartre theatre play "L'enfer, c'est les autres", "Hell is other people".
All in all a good reference but absolutely nothing, not even a simple diagram (!!), about how to play a wow mage, so absolutely useless in my humble opinion.
"Hell is AV weekend" seems a correct translation.
