It's a work-in-progress but I feel I'm getting somewhere with it 
I don't feel I have enough to post a combat screenshot as of yet, but I just want to see what people think of it so far...
Omen disappears when not in a group or raid, as well as its eePanels. Recount and its respective eePanels disappear when Recount is toggled on or off.
I have to confess that I've taken a lot of inspiration from a few of Hal's UIs, but I feel I've almost made it my own.
Constructive criticism very welcome
