wow thas real nais work you guys have done there! may be our rogues are now getting some extra work to do!
but one question for bosses like sharraz and illidan, in my opinion they have also a reduced chance to hit by 19 % incase they are dualwilding, is this true? so full buffed and debuffed there are about 650 unbuffed agi almost enough to get the cap with a 0/21/40 spec

ok i habe just tiped some values down for my own.. may be you can take a look into these formels? I Dont really know how the game is working with % buffs on my agi
