I started from scratch with this ui, made it with pvp and arena in mind. It will probably need some tweaking once I play with it for an extended period time. I also need to find a suitable enemy cool down mod (ex. NECB), the few mods I tried just didn’t work the way I wanted. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Is there a special option somewhere with skinner for the translucent frames? I cant seem to get mine to do that.
